Today, we are thrilled to share Lindsay and Nick's beautiful wedding. Like many weddings in recent years, their celebration faced delays due to the pandemic. However, with flexibility, creativity, and unwavering excitement, their dream day finally came to life just as they had envisioned.

On a breathtaking August day in Canmore, Alberta, Lindsay and Nick exchanged vows against the stunning backdrop of the Rocky Mountains, surrounded by their closest family and friends. Their morning began in their suites, with Nick getting ready alongside his groomsmen and Lindsay with her bridesmaids. Before the ceremony, they shared an intimate first look in nature, a heartfelt moment beautifully captured by Corrina Walker Photography. After a dreamy photo session with their wedding party, they made their way to the ceremony at Silvertip Resort’s jaw-dropping gazebo. Adorned with lush roses and greenery from Willow Flower Co., the setting was nothing short of magical. It was the perfect space for Lindsay and Nick to say, “I do.” A touching ceremony was followed by a champagne toast, and just like that, they were officially married.

The reception was equally stunning. Beautiful florals, décor from Mountain Event Rentals, and twinkling lights from Silvery Moon Productions created an inviting atmosphere. Every thoughtful detail transformed the grand room into a warm and welcoming space that perfectly complemented the summer evening outside. Guests enjoyed a delicious meal before Lindsay and Nick cut their exquisite cake from Kake by Darci. The night then unfolded into a joyful celebration filled with dancing, laughter, and love.

Lindsay and Nick were an absolute joy to work with, and it was an honour to bring their wedding to life. We were fortunate to collaborate with an incredible team of vendors who helped make this day truly unforgettable. It was well worth the wait. Congratulations, Lindsay and Nick! We absolutely loved having Ashley as our wedding planner. When people ask where we found value in spending money on our wedding, we always say that hiring Ashley as our planner + decor and design coordinator was one of THE BEST decisions we made. We didn't have to worry about a single thing on our wedding day - Ashley took care of everything. She made sure that even the smallest detail, like the fold of a napkin, was completely perfect. She is extremely detail-oriented and knows her venues and vendors inside out & backwards.

Not only did Ashley make our wedding vision come to life, but she also helped us completely reschedule and rebook everything when our original 2020 date was derailed by COVID-19. We truly would not have had the wedding we wanted if we weren't working with her. If Google would let me give her 10 stars, I would. 100? yes, that, too. I found Ashley on Instagram searching Alberta Rocky Mountain wedding hashtags. We had an initial meeting phone call (we are from Toronto!), and I knew right away that I would trust her to make our wedding dreams come to life. Now, we are travelling back to the Canmore area 2 years later with our baby and still planning to meet up with her. Whenever we think back on our wedding and look at the photos, it is evident just how much work Ashley did.
