Once you’ve booked your package, you will gain access to our in-house Google Drive that is filled with essential information about the wedding planning timeline, financials, and so much more. This collection of information and resources has been handcrafted over 11 years and it provides endless clarity and support throughout the process.

Next, we’ll work together to round out your budget and gain insight on what matters most to you and how you’d like to distribute your funds.

When you partner with Signature Weddings, we will offer you our preferred vendor list which is filled with phenomenal local vendors that we have been partnering with for years. Many of these vendors offer discounts to the Signature Weddings clientele which you are invited to take advantage of.

We will then move onto the fun part: decor and design. Here we work together to imagine all of the visuals that will come together to make your wedding truly enchanting based on your unique taste.

Moving forward, we will begin booking your vendors, mapping out the logistics, booking tastings and viewings, engaging with the guests, and building out everything from your itinerary to the seating chart and an hour-by-hour schedule for your big day.

The Full Planning Package includes wedding day coordination, meaning that we will be onsite to set the wedding up, manage guests and timeline, and make sure everything unfolds perfectly.
