Megan & Scott

Megan and Scott have a unique wedding story. We know, every wedding story is unique, but this one just might take the cake. The two had a 4-day engagement. Scott got down on one knee while they were on a backpacking trip heading up Mount Assiniboin. When they returned to Canmore, they quickly prepared for an elopement on the shore of Cabin Lake at the top of the stunning Mount Assiniboine. This time around, they arrived by helicopter.

On that unforgettable day, Megan and Scott shared their vows in front of their closest loved ones and the wonders of nature in one of the most beautiful places on the planet. With a flower crown in her hair and wildflowers in every direction, Megan brushed tears from her eyes as she spoke her vows lovingly to her future husband. Scott’s eyes welled up as he did the same.

There is nothing we love more than witness love in nature. After all, to love is in our nature.

Megan and Scott were flown to their forever by Alpine Helicopters and their talented wedding commissioner was Martha McCallum. Megan’s hair and makeup were done by Lilies & Lace Beauty Co. and the flowers were by Forget Me Not Flowers. The day was captured by Paige Lorraine Photography and the lovely cake was made by Kake By Darci.

This day was absolute magic.
