Olivia & Mike
Olivia and Mike were married on a gorgeous May day at Silvertip Resort, one of the most beautiful wedding venues in Canmore and in the Rocky Mountains. Olivia and Mike shared their first look in private, a moving moment of peace and celebration before they gathered with their wedding party for photos with the talented Rocky Mountain Photo Co. Olivia approached her soon-to-be husband, who stood under the flower-adorned gazebo. Surrounded by their most beloved friends and family, the couple exchanged vows and shared their first kiss as husband and wife. The love between the two and their guests was palpable.
Olivia and Mike met in 1995 when they were in kindergarten. Years later, in 2011, their paths crossed again. While their lives and stories took them in different directions on a few different occasions, they always found their way back to one another.
“I choose you, Olivia,” Mike told his bride, “to be my wife and to give you and only you my whole heart for the rest of our lives.” He vowed to grow with her, listen to and respect her, and always encourage and support her. “From this day forward, I will be proud to be your husband and best friend.”
Olivia promised to build a home with Mike, a home of love, laughter and light. She promised to love him for who he is and who he will become and to give him her best for the rest of her life.
Once wed, the couple shared an incredible meal and an unforgettable evening of fun, dancing, and celebration with their guests. The reception was held under twinkling lights and surrounded by enchanting decor from Mountain Events Rentals and blooms of blush and burgundy by Flowers By Janie.
RD3 Productions captured the event exquisitely on video, and Olivia and her wedding party looked stunning with expert hair and makeup by Blush & Coco.
